New Vida Solitions Refund Policy

At New Vida Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Returns:

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@newvidafit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is unopened and unused. If the product meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@newvidafit.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. There can sometimes be processing delays. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@newvidafit.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@newvidafit.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
